design collaboration
If you have not yet engaged an architect or designer, we can recommend trusted professionals aligned with your vision and budget.
We work closely with your design team through an integrated design process, providing ongoing input, cost guidance, and value engineering to ensure the design remains aligned with your goals.
pre-construction planning
As the design develops, we refine the project through detailed planning and budgeting.
This includes:
• Progressive cost estimates (Class D through Class A)
• Preliminary scheduling
• Identifying potential site and construction challenges
• Engaging key trade partners
• Coordinating consultants and documentation
Our goal is to ensure your design, budget, and timeline are fully aligned before construction begins.
We also coordinate the submission of a complete Building Permit Application, ensuring all requirements are met for municipal review.
contract & scheduling
Once the permit application is submitted, we complete a final review of the project budget and schedule with you.
At this stage, we formalize the process with a Construction Management Agreement and a clear payment schedule, providing full transparency on expectations moving forward.
You will also receive access to our project management software, where all key information, documents, and updates are centralized.
construction
Construction is managed with a hands-on, proactive approach, ensuring consistent oversight and accountability throughout the build.
A dedicated member of our team is on-site daily to:
• Monitor quality and workmanship
• Coordinate trades and schedules
• Address challenges in real time
• Maintain alignment with budget and timeline
We maintain clear and consistent communication through:
• Regular meetings (on-site or virtual)
• Daily logs
• Weekly updates
Our project management system serves as the central hub, giving you full visibility into progress, without needing to be on-site.
Upon completion, we conduct a comprehensive walk-through, review your Home Maintenance Manual, and finalize your New Home Warranty, ensuring complete confidence in your home.

We conduct a one-year anniversary walk-through to ensure your home is performing as intended and to address any items that may require attention.
